(free domain, mutliple domain hosting, etc)?
- Does the web hosting company provide broad controls in administrative
tools?
- Does the web hosting company have its own datacenters?
- What kind of redundancies are available?
- What kind of uptime guarantee is provided?
- Does the hosting company have emergency measures in place in
cases of power or system failures?
- How experienced is the hosting companies customer support and
technical support?
- Is there 24/7 customer support available?
- How does the hosting company distinguish itself from the competition?
