Very satisfied with bluehost.com,
I have used bluehost.com for the better part of a year. I have
used four hosting services; this is the best. My site was up in
moments; since then, I have never had any trouble with it. My
pages load quickly, and (when I've monitored my site) I've always
had fast ping response times. I've had a few routine inquiries
to tech support -- always answered quickly. Bluehost only offers
one plan, but it is a great value and loaded with features, including
Fantastico, MySQL, generous bandwidth -- plus support for multiple
add-on domains. Their plan is so inexpensive and full of features
I was afraid that my server would be overloaded, but instead the
opposite seems to be true: no problems whatsoever. Tech support
is not 24x7, but I haven't really needed it. (BTW, I am not connected
to bluehost apart from being a satisfied customer).
